Every time we come out here it looks like a different world. The vines have grown above their tubes, most reaching the first or second wire on the trellis. We followed Tai-Ran through the vineyard, watching as he stopped to adjust vines along the way, cutting back the young fruit that appeared every few rows. This place is wild and unlike any of the other vineyards around, it is amazing to watch the vines thrive, pushing up and above all the other life around them. → Peter Schweitzer
